Interview
Pretty standard, 1st round manager and 2nd round on site with few leaders and business partners. There is also a value interviewer focusing on cultural fit. Nothing out of the ordinary.
The interview process was very straightforward and the recruiter was very prompt in their feedback. The focus was on people management skills and industry knowledge. Everyone I met with was thoughtful and kind and passionate.
