Interview
Initial phone screening with internal recruiter who really sells the Atlassian brand. Fast tracked to 3 stage 45 minute virtual interviews 2 days later, consisting of a craft, value and hiring manager process. 2 on Friday morning, the other at 6am on a Saturday morning. Each interview began with an introduction from both parties, followed by a question heavy scenario script (80% of the interview), closing with questions and general rapport. Throughout each interview there was constant note taking from each host.
