Interview
I attended the interview for Senior Software Developer position at ATOS Bangalore, it was scheduled at 11 AM, they kept us waiting for almost 2 hours. I was surprised to know that it was not F2F round, they called to the interviewer from a normal cell phone and gave. Interviewer's voice was not at all audible, one of the points which he mentioned is that the candidate should have good communication skills.
After my interview, they told to wait, they're updating to the candidates who are not selected within 10 minutes that they can leave for the day. After one hour, they told to go and have lunch as it will take 1 more hour for the second round to start. One candidate told they have informed him that he was selected for next round (BTW he is not at all good in communication). For clarification, I asked the recruiter about my status and then they informed, sorry you can leave for the day.
I was really shocked. It was very much clear that the other person has a reference.
Atos, please kindly note that at times candidates will reschedule or cancel their other company interviews, please don't waste their time when you have already pre-selected for the vacancy.

Waste of time and hope.Two rounds of interview was given ,both of it was of 1 hours,then got selected in both ,
Shared my docs ,but the main culprit is the HR only .After completely my maternity only and got fired as first time worked on contract basis just after maternity from my recent company. Atos Hr don't care about all these things, even I told her about salary also will not be issue for me but stability is.totally wasted my energy and time.
2 Levels of interview and final review. 1st was non technical at higher level to check matched requirements, 2nd was technical with a technical expert to check level of skill.

What is the 1st thing you would do to get involved in the project?
I cleared all the 4 rounds of interview, and my offer was about to roll out but all of a sudden, they asked me to give one more extended round and then that position went on hold. This is a new strategy to reject the already selected candidate. they just waste time and energy of the candidate. HR even don't bother to pick up the call and inform the candidate. I would suggest thinking twice before applying in such kind of organization.
