Easy and fair, As long as you know fundamental basic you will be good. I had one to one phone interview that run about 15-30 mins - Invited onsite interview with test lab and finally panel interview with 4 persons, which runs about 3-4 hr in general.

First with HR, then a manager, then the whole technical team. The technical team asked me about all the network areas. At the end they asked me to ask questions
