Got a call from recruiter, then was setup for phone interview with hiring manager. This went great. I was even told by the recruiter I was highly recommended by another hiring manager that I knew. After the initial phone interview of getting to know the hiring manager, I never got another call back even after e-mailing them twice! Very Very unprofessional, would not recommend working for someone that cant even follow an interview process.
