After the interview took place they called be and told me that I am their top candidate for the job, but, that it usually takes some time until the position is approved internally, because it was a global role. I thought that they would not call me back because a couple of weeks had passed, but HR called me to tell me thei are still very interested and asked me f I am still looking, if I had found something else etc. Taking the pulse. HR called me towce during the waiting time to assure me they are very interested, and the TL called me a few days before making the offer to apologize it took so long and ask me if I am still interested in the job. Once I joined, I understood that things sometimes take longer in a large company like this. I think it was around a month after the interview with the TL that they made the offer.
