I applied to the graduate programme by completing the online application form. I was then invited to do numerical, verbal and logical reasoning and a personal attribute assessment. The next step was a timed, recorded video interview (no retakes) with six questions. The final stage was an assessment centre which was around 6 hours long. The three tasks were an individual case study, a group case study and a final 1-1 interview. The assessment centre was held over Zoom thanks to our friend Covid.
