Interview arranged by head-hunter. Interview with the consulting services director. Poor presentation of company competencies and absolutely missing view on the market. Unstructured, confusing.
Interviewer coming from public sector with vision to build financial services division but without any idea how. Overall it looked as ‘lets see if it would work’. Disappointing experience.
