Quite a long process but it was relatively similar to other larger companies. The staff reply back soon with the next step and generally get things done very smoothly. The assessment centre was very challenging and interesting, thankfully no additional written, numerical or logical tests, just simple case studies, group activity, individual presentation to a manager and an interview. Had breaks between the group task, presentation and interview activities so it was nice since the day ran from 9 35 till about 3 35.

most of the questions were based on previous experiences like a time I had to do things differently, a great achievement, when I had to meet deadlines, how my knowledge of business affairs helped in one of my projects, new skills I picked up, how I coped and kept on top of things during the pandemic, etc.
