Interview
The process has 4 stages in all. Being a long process it needs you to have a large reservoir of patience. But still the experience is a good one.
The 1st round was a 60 minutes 90 questions Aptitude test. With 3 sections namely Quants, Logical and Verbal. The questions in quants were basic ones and solvable if you have a good hold of the shortcuts. Quants included percentages, profit loss, time boats streams, data interpretation and bar graphs, HCF and LCM, compound interest, discount etc.
The verbal and logical were really easy and basic. Each section was strictly limited to 20 minutes of time frame aNd had 30 questions to be solved. Though one has a freedom of choosing the section one wants to attempt first. The results of the aptitude test are announced in a months or two's time. Next come the GD, Technical interview and HR interview rounds. They are done with in a single day. Again one has to wait for the results for 1 more month. Group discussion is the round where they eliminate in bulk. In my case group of 10 people were made and 4 were selected our of those 10 people. My groups topic was " Are women good managers". One thing to get through this round is confidance and some really concrete points to talk about. The Technical and HR interview are comparatively simpler....though many were eliminated in these rounds too.
