AtriCure Administrative Assistant interview questions

30 minute phone interview with recruiter who had only been there a couple months. Was told my background - (executive assistant with major corporations) was ideal for the role and would be contacted by end of week to set up second round. Never happened. After repeated attempts for two weeks on my part to contact recruiter, finally got reply that they were moving forward without 2nd round. Typical recruiter experience; bypass them and start with hiring manager!
