Interview
They were very nice and layed back during the interview. They were up front with me and answered any and all questions I had. They also told me to come back when I finished nursing school since I had to turn down the job due to a conflicting schedule with school
Moderate, the process was a good one considering they want what is best for the patients. I enjoyed the process and everyone that I met was easy to talk to and did not make me feel intimidated.

Straight forward and laid back overall. Toured unit and then met with the unit manager and a few other employees. Everyone was very welcoming and receptive. I was extended an offer of employment.
