Three people in a conference room, usual setup. The main (key decision maker) guy was talking most of the time and it was a bit too much, especially in context of what he was saying. The company is rapidly expanding and in need of qualified individuals, however it is a mystery why they would not make a job offer to an individual with a great matching skill set, experience and capability. One may think of potential money laundering and/or staging of unnecessary activity with hiring process to simply keep people busy. This is totally my own opinion and may not be true. You may try other venues to grab their attention and secure an interview, but chance is small.
