I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Attabotics (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview was general in nature and relaxed in execution, at times it felt like the more of a sales pitch about the company which being a start-up is not necessarily a bad thing. As other reviewers have stated after the initial contact there is really no follow through (ghosting) which is understandable unless you have been specifically told to email back for any further questions and have been told that the secondary interview is being set up. This maybe due to a preferred candidate being selected which is just business but a quick note that you are no longer being considered for the position would be more appropriate and professional.
The company was described as growing faster than processes can be implemented which in itself is not unusual and can be a good thing for awhile but this is the timeframe that people can make or break a company regardless of how good of a product it has.
Advice to management don’t shoot yourselves in the foot by reducing your potential employee pool by poor communication and no follow through during the interview process.
