I found the job post on a local website and, upon submitting my resume via e-mail, received a phone call within 24 hours. The interview took place onsite and took about 20 minutes. I was interviewed by my future boss who didn't have a whole lot to say. After the interview I received a phone call 6 hours later letting me know I had the job.
