I met with Richard Murphy and had him listen to my audio demo and give me constructive criticism. I was then offered a job. He told me to use the equipment at the business to re-record my audio demo for better results.

What is the "weapon" that is used by those in radio?
8 people came in to interview and they will dwindle down the process. Three people came in to take each candidate individually and then that was it. We all went home and now we await the results.
