I had an in-person interview and it went pretty well. The interview went from me meeting with one person, to immediately staying to interview with what would've been the second round interview. At the end of the day, I was told they really liked me and wanted to hire me, and I was then assigned to learn more about the specific station I would be working for and reach out later that week. I then got an email from the interviewer with questions, so I did my research, answered the questions, and proved my knowledge about the stations. I then, NEVER heard back. No rejection, nothing. I reached back out a week later to follow up, and still never heard back again. It's now been over a month and technically I still haven't been rejected from the job...
