Very disappointed with this company. The interview process with "Entercom" was extremely frustrating compared to other companies I was communicating with.
Went through three rounds of interviews with different people in a course of 2 1/2 months.
Beware: This company goes by three different names, making it difficult to do your research and at times understand. The three names are Entercom, Radio.com, and Audacity (they have enough audacity).
Communication: It took two weeks to hear back. They said they were impressed in the interviews and then took a long time to reach back out. I sent two follow up emails and only then did they contact me to set up another interview.
Interviewers: They were pleasant to talk with but they seemed confused. The information they each gave did not follow what the previous interviewer said, e.i. job description, tasks, and job location.
I honestly gave up on this company because if this is how they treat people they want then I can't imagine how they treat their employees.
Company Recommendation: Applicants are interviewing you too, you should be on your best behavior as well.
Applicants Recommendation: Be prepared for the wait and think if this is a company you would want to work with. Also don't expect any feedback.
Last comment: I applied for this job at the beginning of 2021, I have seen the same job posting listed 4 different times now. Either they are hiring someone and it's not a good fit or it's not a good company.
