3 stage interview. All really easy to talk to. Looking for more skilled engineers then just out of college. Beware as this company is in oil so that comes with ups and downs. Overall seemed like a great company. I'd recommend applying if you're looking just to check them out.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a group interview with several other candidates. We engaged in collaborative activities, answered behavioral questions, and showcased our teamwork, leadership, and communication skills in a dynamic setting.
Simple, direct, casual conversation. There was minimal pressure. It was easy to speak with the three different managers they assigned to me. Environment was easy-going and not up tight. Not many technical questions were asked.
