In-house recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. Came into the office 2 times for 1:1 meetings. Interviews were mostly about experience. No technical questions at this stage. The negative experience is completely because I never heard a response. If you're going to proactively source candidates and invite them for multiple rounds at least have the courtesy to give them a final answer and respond to their follow-up emails.
