I applied through a their site. The process took 6 long weeks. I interviewed at August Home (San Francisco, CA). Very long process and no response back on follow up questions for 8 days and then a generic greenhouse email for a decline. All the interviewees loved me and said if it was up to them I would start tomorrow, at the end, declined... definitely something is off there. Very unhappy with the process...
