I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at August Home (San Francisco, CA)

Interview

Went through phone interview followed by round of on-site interviews. On site I met really great people. Some of the interviews really dug into fundamentals while others were exploring my experience at prior jobs.I felt I did well. In a few days got an offer but they came in very low on compensation and equity even for a startup. I couldn't justify accepting their offer.
