Interview
Phone interview followed by in person interview when my manager was visiting my town. It was simple, friendly and relatively informal. His family were also there as they were on vacation at the time. Never met anyone else from the firm before getting an offer. Only had communication with the HR department (very nice) and my soon to be boss.
