Applied online, got asked to come in to office for an interview. Sat down with brand coordinator and an HR employee, they asked me some relatively easy questions about my experience, and then called in the marketing director who grilled me for around 5 minutes. Good experience though.

Interview
Was called in for an interview about a day or 2 after I applied. Was supposed to meet with 3 people. The first person barely asked me any questions and told me I couldn't meet with the the person because she was out sick. She then went and got the second person who did the same but told me the third person was "in a meeting she couldn't get out of". I realized pretty quickly they had no interest in me. Which I really don't mind but they could've held a phone interview first or at least tried to get to know me and my resume after I dressed up and went all the way down to their office so quickly. It was incredibly rude. I sent a thank you email like I do to everyone and have not gotten a response as of yet (this was about 2 weeks ago). I don't expect to be contacted anytime soon.
