Zoom with HR then potential manager. Overall quick process, took about 2 weeks to get the offer. Was during Covid and didn’t meet anyone in person, though they were working in office full time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Authentic in Aug 2014
Interview
Sent resume to (non existent) HR department. Received call from hiring manager, came in for an interview. Received offer over the phone and accepted. Don't be fooled. Watch out for the warning signs. It seemed too good to be true, and it is. Interviewer tried very hard to convey excitement and happiness over job which I didn't pay attention to, to my disadvantage. The interviewer who became my direct supervisor clearly hates his job and the company and it showed by how he managed his staff. He was likely desperate to bring someone in to assist, because they are all overworked and unhappy.
