AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! I spent 3.5 hours interviewing with around 10 different people, went to the office twice and completed a design test. After 2.5 months of interviewing and testing I was ghosted. The disrespect from HR is out of control. The very least they can do is provide an update in a timely manner. Design tests should be ILLEGAL! I am convinced they interview people and steal work that is done from the design test. Everyone that I met with seemed over worked and unhappy. I would not recommend wasting your time here because they have no respect for candidates.

The process was incredibly organized. I knew the timeline in which I would hear back and the process was pretty efficient. I had a phone screening, met with the manager of the team, completed a design assessment, met with a coworker in the team and another manager who works with the team frequently, and then I sent in references. Everyone was very honest about the fast paced environment and very upfront about the working culture and so I felt like I had a pretty good grasp of what would be expected of me before accepting the position.
