I interviewed with the recruiter and hiring manager. The interviews were very softball. They didn't seem very serious. When I heard conflicting stories about the delay in getting back to me, I knew they weren't serious. Almost a month went by when I finally heard back from the recruiter. 6 weeks since the last interview. And it was a cold, generic template. Just so they can say they didn't 'ghost' me. Exactly what I expected from a company rated 2.5/5 on Glassdoor.
