Standard phone screen followed by couple rounds of virtual interviews. Eventually traveled to NYC office for in person interviews. In house recruiting was lacking. Constantly had to do my own follow ups with them after days of hearing nothing. Shouldn't have been surprised that after taking a full day off to travel for in persons, they ghost me with no response to multiple follow ups. Feels like I dodged a bullet
