Great multi interview process. Was very informative and seems beneficial to my growth while going to school to become a BCBA. Company seems good. Interested in getting a job offer

So far the interview process has been nothing thorough and pleasant. Waiting for the next step. They were precise with the kinds of questions they asked. I highly recommend taking the interview if offered.
I applied online. I interviewed at Autism 360 (Shelby, NC) in Apr 2026
Interview
Smooth, interviewer was very kind. Around a 45 minute interview, online. The interviewer asked many questions, including how you would react in certain situations, why RBT, etc. She proceeded to ask questions like “In your professional career, who has been your favorite and least favorite boss? What could they have done to be better”.
The process was nice and quick. I really liked how it was structured. The questions were fair and honest. I would recommend to anybody interested in making a real difference.
