I came into their office in Glendale, they asked me questions about personality and what I knew about ABA therapy. What kind of work environment I appreciate? It was simple and easy. No judgement, just seeing where you are at because it is entry-level paid training. Easy to get a job. Very friendly people.

What is ABA therapy? So have a basic understanding. You don't need to know the details because they do train you but the more you know, the better and probably higher pay offer you will receive.

The initial process is automated, as soon as you provide your information a real person reaches out over the phone and email. A phone interview is set up and later on a 45 minute video call with a local supervisor. After that a team member reaches out in order to answer any questions about the process and training.
