I had the wonkiest interview I have ever had in my entire career at this place. I was setup for an interview through a contractor and upon arrival I was told to go to a white board and was asked to detail how I got to the interview as in what road did I take. Then I was asked, if car can only make left turns how would you write the requirements for that?!!! I was like, a car that can only make left turns? And that was the interview! No questions about my actual skills or experience he just wanted an answer to this question. They told me I didn't get the job because I took too long to give them an answer and they needed someone who can give them requirements for a car only making left turns, on the fly, at an interview, without hesitation. I was like good riddance.
