Do a panel interview with the district manager, regional manager and regional field sales manager. They ask a series of questions on customer service and your outlook on things. They have you meet at their corporate office

It lasted about an hour total. Asked a lot of the same questions, just laid out different. Felt that everything was going well, until another, regular employee jumps in the interview. I felt 100 percent I had the job, was even asked a uniform size. It all just went downhill from there.

Extremely easy and well put together. The employees who put on the job fair had it all laid out well and gave me plenty of opportunity to sell myself for the position. They were super friendly as well!
