They ask a few personal question right before diving into a short automotive review. They didn't get to in depth on the automotive question, but it was just enough to see if you knew what you were talking about. They were also concerned with your ability to handle all types of customers, even the unruly ones. Took about 20mins.

Interview
Went in to meet with the ASM, he asked a bunch of questions. I was asked when I could start. It was VERY casual. I went into the back like break room area and spoke with the ASM while he microwaved his ramen noodles.
Two interviews and done. I don’t remember much about the initial check in but I met with the store manager and everything went smoothly. Customer Service is the highlight of it all. Be willing to learn the rest.

There are two interviews. One with the stores General Manager and another with the district manager. The interviews are fairly simple with a small quiz on car part names and common interview questions.
