Let's be clear. This is a very large company. People have looooooooong tenures here. Definitely a positive and a negative. The interview process was fast, until the end. It consisted of a phone screen, 1:1 interview with hiring manager and a panel interview. All very standard. I went through the entire process just for them to pass on me. That tells me that there is a definite breakdown in their process. Either I should not have made it through the screening process, OR I should not have made it past the 1:1 Hiring manager phase. My gut tells me that I dodged a bullet with this company and that there are too many mechanics in the garage.
