Two step process. First with a store manager and then with a district manager. Pretty standard questions based on situations in previous employment. Process took approximately 2 weeks from beginning to end.

Met at nearby AZ sat with the district manager and was asked about my previous work experience then a store manager joined the interview and asked more details of my last job and how i became self employed. Talked about the position i was applying for and what was expected.
