I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Autodesk (Manchester, NH)
Interview
I interviewed with cross functional team members for the product I was being hired to support and then met 1:1 with those who would be direct colleagues and managers. The interview lasted about 3 or 4 hours. There was then a followup interview at the Waltham office where other members of the User Experience team were located.

Question 1
Asked about my 3D design experience using cad modelling software. I was interviewing with the fusion 360 team.
no recruiter call, jumped straight into 1 hr long portfolio review as the first interview. the two interviewers didn't even introduce themselves until i asked them to. they showed up and said "so you're gonna show us your portfolio today right?" they gave off unwelcoming energy. i did not like how i was treated when my wifi cut out and had to present a different way/call in. mistakes happen but eventually i was still able to present. the recruiter emailed after business hours to ask to meet the next day - did not respect my time so i said no.
I applied online. I interviewed at Autodesk (Remote) in Jun 2022
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me. Interviewed with a recruiter, conversation was great. Even if I didn't get the job, but overall was a good experience to talk to a company, and learn their culture.
