A huge waste of time, to be quite honest. I had a Zoom interview scheduled with HR. They showed up 15 minutes late and the only question she asked was what my salary expectation is. I told her, and she said I am overqualified for the job and ended the call. Several weeks later, she reached out to me to see if I was still interested and when I inquired about me being overqualified, it was brushed off. I said I'm still open to meeting with hiring manager to learn more so they booked an interview, only to cancel 45 minutes prior to the interview because someone else had accepted the offer. I feel like I dodged a negative situation here so actually quite relieved it turned out this way!
