Interview
I received an email to schedule on the interview timing. I like that they have a candidate support team who liaise with the interview timing with the interviewer and candidate, and that the candidate support will also send an update on the Whatsapp.
Process
- An email to request for your available timing with the interview
- A short call with the Recruiter on how the interview process is like (3 rounds)
- 1st round with the interviewer
-2nd round is a panel interview with the sales team
- 3rd round is a panel interview with the marketing peers (have to do a presentation slides)
I was given a case study to do a one page marketing plan. Supposed to present it to the third round.
After my second round with the sales team, they told me that it's a holiday season (last week of december), the third round was being postponed.
After that, I followed up in the 1st week of Jan to ask when the third round is happening.
Recruiter called me and share me with the team's feedback and politely informed that the sales team feel that they do not have the chemistry with me.
I do feel disappointed as i have prepared for the one page marketing plan for the 3rd round and did not have the opportunity to present it. (lots of research have been done)
Nonetheless, I really appreciate Recruiter Joe's honest feedback and inform me via call. I would give a thumb up to the recruiter.

4 entrevistas, con HR, hiring manager, panel y un business case. El proceso es rápido, pero luego no te han feedback o tardan mucho en tomar una decisión. De los 3 procesos que estuve, en un cogieron a un candidato interno y los otros dos lo movieron de ubicación.

Interview
The HR sounded very picky and made judgements right at the interview, and she also shared negative reviews about the HM and the previous incumbent with me at the interview. For the whole interview she didn't ask any meaningful questions other than "tell me about yourself". In addition, she asked me to submit additional information via email after the interview but never had further feedback/replies, which made me feel not being respected. All in all, very negative interview experience.
Four rounds of interviews in total: recruiter screening, hiring manager, panel interview with peers, group director. I applied through the website. I have been told there isn't a strong referral program.
