Interview
I was recruited by a district manager. I met with her 1:1 and we discussed the possiblity of me coming to work for them. I had 15 years in the auotmotive advertising field and great contacts that they were lacking. I was promised a very nice salary, which happened, and a protected territory, which did not happen. I was then referred to their recruiter that sent me a link for a personality test, after that a standard drug test.After passing both tests I was offered a job.

Interview
it was a good interview process with a lot of good information exchanged by both myself and the company. Good follow up with the recruiter and the sales manager that hired me. Great experience all in all. Phone interview then face to face interview.
