Avalara CSM interview questions

I interviewed over the holiday season which is a challenging time to work with candidates. There were a total of 3 recruiters involved in the process which included two phone screen interviews and one on-site meeting. I had to contact the recruiter several times to request information on next steps and prompt for action. Ultimately, I was told that I was to expect and offer and that they were in the process of getting that offer approved by management. This was not the case as they were interviewing another candidate - possibly a better fit due to being more junior.
