In-person meeting with the hiring Manager - There were no questions from the Hiring Manager, which made it extremely difficult to understand their requirements or expectations 4. Zoom meeting with a Sr. Director in US - Situation-based questions related to stakeholder mgmt - After spending 3-4 hours in the interview process and following up with the Recruiter multiple times over calls and emails, I never received any feedback. It was an extremely disappointing experience.
