Had initial screening call with recruiter, then was passed onto hiring manager for another phone screen. After five weeks had passed (after initial phone screen) the recruiter called to say hiring manager was "still very interested in me" and that she'd be getting back to me regarding next steps. My hopes were up, despite the long lulls of time with no communication. At the 7 week mark, the recruiter called to say they selected other candidates. If you interview here, be prepared to wait a very long time and get mixed messages from the recruiter. To call me and say that the hiring manager was still "very interested" then two weeks later turn me away seems unprofessional.
