The recruiter meeting lasted about 30 minutes, and he spoke for almost the entire time. I barely had a chance to say anything. He told me I would need to complete a cognitive assessment and that he would send it immediately after our meeting, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, who had already reviewed my resume. Two days later, I had to remind him to send me the assessment. The test itself was nearly impossible to complete in 15 minutes; you had to guess your way through many of the 50 questions just to finish on time. It felt like a complete waste of time. After completing the assessment, I never heard back from the recruiter, even after following up myself. Overall, the process felt more like it was designed to keep recruiters busy than to identify qualified candidates efficiently.

The recruiter was highly unprofessional.At first she said the interview will happen in a single day. After 3 hours of interview, they had 2 more interviews following weeks. She said i had cleared all the rounds. And she asked for supporting documents. Then she made me wait for 3-4 weeks saying there is a org restructuring and finally declined the offer saying they found a better candidate.
