First, I interviewed with the recruiter. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager. The following interview was with a team panel. All interactions up to this point were positive and seemed to go well. The last interview was with the VP of the org, which also seemed to go smoothly. At each stage of the interview process, the interviewers stated that they would follow up on each round of interviews and notify how they would proceed. Ghosted, never to hear anything after the final interview.

HR pre-screen, interviews with hiring manager and a few peers. All was over Zoom. Communication was good and consistent. It took a couple weeks to hear back but they managed expectations appropriately.
