Pretty quick process. Started out with a screening call with a hiring manager then back to back virtual interviews with managers. Took 2 or 3 days to get back to me.

Went through all rounds, interviewed well. Everyone I met with was pleasant and seemed highly interested in my background and skills etc. Yet no offer. Followed up with the recruiter to get feedback twice and NO RESPONSE.

I met with the Sr Talent Acquisition Partner briefly once before an online aptitude test then once more after that for a longer chat. Thereafter, I spoke to the CS Hiring Manager. Despite feeling like these meetings went well, almost 2 months have passed and I haven't even receive an email to say I was unsuccessful. This is really frustrating and disrespectful to candidates who put their time and effort into preparing for interviews and sitting through them.
