I applied online. I interviewed at AvalonBay Communities (New York, NY) in Jan 2013

Interview

The interview process was not to bad at all. They saw me an over all three times and I was hired. However it took the a little while to call me back in for the interview. I would say about two months or so for them to call me back in for an interview.
