The interview questions surrounds your experience with respect to the job you've applied. Firstly, you apply online at jobs.avalonbay.com and then within two weeks if you fit the qualifications, a talent acquisition emails you to set up phone interview. If all goes well, you will be invited to in person interview at depending on the location of your choice. Some interview do take place onsite and some do take the nearest human resource office to the location which you wish to work or will be sent to work. After initial in person interview is conducted, all the information relating to the job will be shared with you. The talent acquisition will tell you what they expect of you with respect to the job. This includes your responsibilities, pay, benefits, full time or part time, location and time of work. You will have a chance to ask questions before interview is over. This should all be within your first in person interview. If all goes well, you will be offered the job and be provided via email a welcome letter which you must sign and email back in PDF. The same letter could be given to you in person and you will sign and keep a copy. After being hired and please note this depends on the job. You will have probational period to make your case and when that is over, your benefits should start including vacations. Temporary employees have a different plan and pay scale.
