The interview was a formal interview, but there was definitely room for conversation as well. I applied and was asked to come into the property, where I met with one of the Intern Coordinators and one of the Leadership Team members. They asked me a few questions, and my interview lasted about half an hour. They called me the next day offering me the position!

I was contacted by interview for a first round interview by email. Then there was a first round phone call. Then an another email to notify me for a second round phone call interview. Finally, there was an in person interview in their office.
