Interview
There are total of 3 rounds. The first round was a simple phone screening; second round I interviewed with the VP; and the last round was with the senior project manager. It was during the second round that they asked the most questions about my past experience and future goals. When I met with the senior project manager for the last round, it was pretty much a chat to let me know what kind of personalities I will be working with and what role I will play on the project.
