Positive experience with the hiring team – professional, made quick decisions and always responsive – called or emailed whenever needed any additional information. Apart from the initial calls with the hiring manager, I had 4 phone interviews (over a period of 2 to 3 weeks) and 1 face to face interview. Out of the 4 phone interviews, 2 were technical (1st -1 hour, 2nd - 40 mins) and 2 were soft skills + checking whether the candidate would fit culturally + opportunity for the candidate to know about the position and company for 30 minutes each. Face to face interview covered technical, presentation skills, soft skills – all in one hour. Face to face interview would be generally with the person that the candidate would report to.
